A little bit about me...
- Bobbi Engle started on the real estate path when she answered a help wanted ad in 2010. Valley Dream Team was seeking someone to make sales calls to new clients, and while the industry was new to her, a history of admirable work ethic and praise from previous employers earned her the job.
- She wasted no time putting her will to work. After some time spent exclusively focused on sales calls, she was ready for a new challenge and asked for more responsibility. The opportunity to assist with short sales presented itself, which inspired Bobbi to get her real estate license. She became licensed in 2011 and has been seizing opportunities to learn more about real estate ever since.
- She continues to work as both a buying and listing agent. Her many years in the business has given her extensive knowledge of the industry — everything from the intricacies of selling million-dollar homes to the unique experience of dealing with septic and well systems. In her words, “Being a realtor for me is not a job; it’s who I am.”
- Today she also stands tall as the operations manager for Valley Dream Team, inspiring a team of 12 agents that she’s eager to continue growing. She’s responsible for ensuring Valley Dream Team clients have a memorable experience rooted in care and compassion and for upholding the team’s determination to make a difference in people’s lives. She personally reaches out to everyone who buys or sells their home with Valley Dream Team. She knows it’s a journey, and she’s going to be there for the ride, paying attention to every little detail along the way.
- When she’s not knee-deep in market trends and catching up with clients, she finds joy as a league bowler and racing fanatic. She hasn’t missed a race at Phoenix International Raceway since 1995.
