My current role is Operations Assistant, I Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. My background is being a Loan Advisor and Retail Supervisor. I de-escalate challenging situations and maintain customer service and appreciation for the importance of the policies and procedures mainly customer satisfaction-oriented. I enjoy reading, writing, paddle boarding, traveling, gaming, and foodie adventures with close friends.
