“My realtor Josh was nice and he show us a lot of houses at Houston Texas before deciding, despite some issues & to the company offering us a one point another realtor, we end up staying with him because of how he went above and beyond on checking houses prior us committing. However he didn’t fulfill his promise. For us to closed on the house he said he offer the cleaning since the owners were refusing. We never ask him to pay it, he just offer at that moment and said “I will pay that for you guys.” (At that point we were going to walk away from the deal.) When he offer us that, I felt bad and told him that the sellers needed to do it, in the end he insisted and persisted, which we end up agreeing. I asked him when this was going to be done and he said after closing. He didn’t honor his promise and never paid for the service and just made an excuse and disappeared. ——— Edit review: The company reach out to me and apologize. They fix our inconvenience by sending us a gift card which we were able to use to pay our cleaning before moving. We appreciate it, I’m changing the review to a 4 star now instead of the 2 star I previously give them because in the end they fulfill the realtors promise. Thank you”
